How It Works
Our strategic advisory process follows three clear steps:
- Strategic Discovery Questionnaire
Before we meet, you complete a short questionnaire that gives us a clear snapshot of your business across key areas including leadership, team, systems, marketing, sales and profitability. It takes around 10 to 20 minutes and means we can hit the ground running.
- Deep-Dive Strategy Session
We then meet for a dedicated two-hour session, in person or online, to unpack what is really going on in your business. We explore what is working, what is not, and where the biggest opportunities are. This is a focused, practical conversation, not a generic review.
- Custom Summary and Action Plan
